Impulse Tracker Files

From 1995 to 2000 I did not play the piano as much as I should have. Instead, I focused on a little-known musical creation method called tracking. Even after the turn of the millennium I tracked, though after the release of One Scotch Long in 2000 I found that there was very little left to do in a tracking program.

To play some of the music below, you will need a player capable of reading and interpreting “IT” files, which come from an application called Impulse Tracker. While WinAmp does have some playback capability for IT files, I would suggest that you download a free player from ModPlug.com.
